Payment & Financing Options

Payment Options: Payment is due at the time services are rendered.  In an effort to keep costs to a minimum and to focus all our effort on patient care, we do not bill.

We accept all major forms of payment including: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Debit Cards, Cash, Care Credit.  We do not accept checks.

 

Care Credit: We understand that caring for your pet can come with unexpected costs and expenses.  In order to enable you to provide care for sick or injured pets, we accept Care Credit.  Care Credit is a credit card accepted by some veterinarians and some human medical/dental facilities. We offer 2 convenient options with Care Credit, deferred interest or reduced rate interest with the following terms:

 

Option A: 6 month Deferred Interest for $200.00 or more.
Option B: 24, 36, or 48 month Reduced Rate Interest for $1,000.00 or more. For amounts of $2,500.00+ you may choose a 60 month Reduced Rate Interest term.

Please refer to the Terms & Conditions on the application for term details.  The application process takes approximately 5 minutes and approval status is given instantaneously over the phone or online.

  • Customer Service Representative (CSR)
    Job Duties: Act as the first point of contact, providing essential administrative support, client communication, and scheduling to ensure efficient clinic operations. Key duties include greeting clients, managing multi-line phones, scheduling appointments, processing payments, updating medical records, and educating clients on services. 

  • Veterinary Technician
    Job Duties: Provide essential clinical, laboratory, and surgical support to veterinarians. Key duties include collecting lab samples (blood, urine), performing diagnostics (X-rays, dental prophylaxis), administering anesthesia and medications, monitoring patients, and assisting in surgeries.

  • Associate Veterinarian
    Job Duties: Provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care for animals, including conducting examinations, diagnosing illnesses, and prescribing treatments. Key duties involve performing soft tissue surgeries (e.g., spays, neuters), managing anesthesia, interpreting diagnostics (lab work, X-rays), and communicating effectively with clients regarding pet care and treatment options.
